They are very different from their classmates and, therefore, very lo...。美女医生沈若薇（天心 饰）在整形诊所上班，她渴望与一个完美男人共度一生。平日里她是一个“三高” 女人，每天把工作安排的满满当当，出入诊所的全是来整形的女人，别说完美男人，就连接触男人的机会都没有。一次意外之旅，她邂逅了当年的初恋言铁男（杨一展 饰），当年的铁男瘦高且酷，而如今的他却成了二百多斤的肥仔，这令若薇很是诧异。原来，即将步入婚姻的铁男正因为肥胖遭未婚妻抛弃，不得已找旧爱为自已重新塑形，以期恢复昔日帅哥形象，同时他也想弄明白，女人究竟喜欢什么样的男人。若薇制定了周详的塑形计划，她决心帮前男友找回自我，但接下来的事是她没料到的......。
