民国年间，东、西两塔结下世仇。侠女凤妹子（黄爱玲 饰）为报杀父之仇，奉西塔八仙会之命，和众乡勇偷运军火，途中遭车警检查。地下党员东塔青年赵泉生（马冠英 饰）挺身相助，凤妹子赠其信物相谢。赵泉生此次奉组织命令回乡，任务是发动群众，待机举行武装暴动。地下党员赵天兴（元正大 饰）让他找张万安（吴喜千 饰），途中巧遇凤妹子。八仙会大师兄铁拐李（王保华 饰）久垂凤妹子美色，见凤妹子对赵泉生关爱有加，有意除掉情敌。凤妹子挺身相救，并对其吐露心声。八仙会首领张果老（马陋夫 饰）为除掉赵泉生，函告镇长赵春望（张甲田 饰），说赵泉生是共产党......。It's been eight days since the clown first showed up in Green Bay, WI. Now, over the course of one night, four different groups of people cross paths with the clown everyone calls "Gags" and his true intentions are finally revealed.。An under-appreciated, over worked assistant entrusted with a million dollar necklace races to find out which of his friends betrayed him, as he battles a desperate criminal duo bent on stealing the necklace. Reminiscent of a classic, yet modern 'Hitchockian' thriller, with multiple plot twists and turns, audiences will be glued to the screen trying to figure out who is Guilty.....。
