此剧讲述自发成为单身妈妈的女主角东熙，为了成为设计师而孤军奋战地生活，遇到不懂事的财阀二世后发生的故事。。《被遗忘的季节》是一部惊悚片，讲述了一个平凡的人在成为杀人犯的过程中出现的互助、放任等人类心理。将平凡而又寒心的无业游民设定为犯人，将弟弟设定为充满出人头地欲望的记者，将偶发性的一次杀人与另一个个人的欲望相遇，如何演变成连环杀人，平凡的犯人为什么成为怪物。。The film opens with a narrated disclaimer over footage of an opening coffin.
