主角·山本大介在年幼时因飞机失事而流落南美的亚玛逊河流，但奇迹的是他能够靠自己一个人生活下去，更在森林中练就一身钢铁般的身躯。 但此时邪恶组织·基度想利用古代印加文明征服世界，为了对抗基度，古代印加文明的承继兼守护者巴哥长老对山本大介施手术，并于左臂殖入印加秘宝叽叽腕轮，将他改造而成的神秘战士蜥蜴改造人·假面骑士亚玛逊。大介之后回到日本欲查明自己身世，进而展开与入侵日本的十面鬼率领之基度组织对抗的命运。。Architect Peter Ibbetson is hired by the Duke of Towers to design a building for him. Ibbetson discovers that the Duchess of Towers, Mary, is his now-grown childhood sweetheart. Their love revives, but Peter is sentenced to life in prison for an accidental killing. Mary comes to him in dreams and they are able to live out their romance in a dream world.。
